		Steve Fraser P.Eng., M.B.A. - President As President of First Sentinel Technologies Inc., Steve is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction of the company and Shareholder relations. Prior to First Sentinel Technologies, Steve was involved as President, in the start-up and operation of a custom software firm which developed web enabled back office, financial and manufacturing logistics solutions. His prior experience includes twenty three years at the Plant Manager and Director level in automotive and construction products manufacturing firms of up to 800 employees. Steve holds a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Steve was born and raised in Kitchener and has lived in Waterloo for the past 27 years where he and his wife Connie are diligently working at getting their three children through university.

		Daryl Cober MCSD MCP - Vice President and CTO Daryl Cober is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over ten years experience in software development and engineering, specializing in web based application architecture. He joined First Sentinel in September of 2003 after several years in the design of large scale development projects for various clients including General Motors, Toyota, ReMax and Chapters. Prior to that, Daryl was instrumental in starting up FRED Systems in Waterloo. Daryl spent seven years at FRED, spearheading R&D for the firm as well as managing the in-house production and assembly shop and was named as inventor on two patents. Daryl is responsible for the design and development of all First Sentinel software and its architecture. Daryl & Steve are the founders and majority shareholders of First Sentinel Technologies Inc.

		Tim Clancy C.A. - CFO Tim is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University's Business School. His area of expertise includes taxation, financial analysis, strategic planning, and financial reporting. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of small, medium and large business enterprises. Tim has completed the CICA's in-depth Tax Course and previously directed the taxation function for a large financial institution. He has acted as a financial consultant to a variety of businesses including the preparation of numerous valuation reports. Tim provides part-time CFO services to First Sentinel and is also a shareholder.

		John Appleton - Senior Sales Supervisor John has over 15 years in IT and solution selling experience in Canada and the USA in both small and large multi-national firms. Developing and managing channel relationships is a particular strength area and one which we expect to play a major role as First Sentinel expands its efforts into the USA. John has an entrepreneurial spirit and was involved in the successful start-up of a professional services firm. He has sold his interest in that business and has joined First Sentinel with a mandate to drive international market growth.

		Brent Clouthier B.A. (Hons) - Senior Sales Supervisor Brent has over ten years of sales experience in the electronic technology and insurance industries. His background also includes setting up and running training and development programs for underwriters and branch employees. Brent initially hails from S. S. Marie, ON, where he was GM for a restaurant and bar operation which had a capacity 400 patrons.

		Darryl Heffernan - Inside Sales Representative Darryl is a graduate of Humber College with a diploma in Business Administration and also Lakehead University where he obtained a B. Admin degree Prior to that Darryl held a customer service position in a large retail products company. Darryl is also an "alumni" of the Canadian Army and completed his basic training at CFB St. Jean, Q.C.

		Michael Cote - Software Engineer Michael has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick and credits towards a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. Mike joined First Sentinel Technologies in June of 2005 and has been responsible for interface design as well implementing data base and coding specifications for eZfireplan and eZprePlan. Previously, Mike worked for the Dept. of Natural Resources and Energy and NRC, both in Fredericton N.B. While at NRC he automated database maintenance systems as well as developed NBBizMapper, a web based business search engine and mapping tool. Mike plays a key role in product maintenance and is the lead developer of First Sentinel’s proprietary Document Generation software.

		Jesse Cluthe - Flash Programmer Jesse provides key programming skills in HTML and Flash. His particular value to First Sentinel Technologies Inc. is his research, development and documentation for our new SII technology which will be utilized in our upgraded CAD view/mark-up drawing tools.

		Brian J. Sommerville A+ CNA Network+ SCO CUSA - IT Systems Administrator Brian's responsibilities at First Sentinel include managing the development and production networks and infrastructure components, installing and configuring new and existing operational environments, liaison with our co-locate centre and, providing input and recommendations to management for network design and capital procurement. Brian's Current Certifications include: CompTIA A+ Hardware/Operating Systems, CompTIA Network+, Novell CNA, SCO CUSA UnixWare 7 Administration I and II

		Dan Fraser - AutoCAD Draftsman Dan is responsible for development of large scale, detailed CAD drawings, layouts and evacuation plans for customers who do not have AutoCAD software or expertise.

		Eric Kraushaar LLb Eric provides First Sentinel with legal counsel.
